needs document for obc certificate

Dear citizens

If you want to new obc certificate please carry all below document before reach sdm office

1) applicant I'd proof - adhaar card/ voter id /pan

2) any residential proof- adhaar card/voter id card/electricity bill/gas slip/passport

3) 1 applicant passport size photo

4) 1 relative cast certificate only father/brother/sister 

5) need a print out obc form fill copy

You have to download all related certificate
